Hello I'm Sandra, 

I'm an accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor, based between Skelmersdale and Ormskirk in West Lancashire. I have worked successfully with clients since 2016 and can help you to deal with the challenges that you are facing.

I have over 10 years experience working with adults, both in private practice and for a counselling charity commissioned by the NHS.  I help clients work through their problems; become more self-confident and enjoy life more fully.
    
I am an accredited member of the BACP qualified in person centred counselling and CBT. 

I offer counselling and supervision sessions face to face or online.
