ANXIETY

Living with anxiety is exhausting. The thoughts spinning in your mind are relentless. Anxiety might result in you avoiding social events or may be having a negative impact on your work or relationships. 

It's likely that you are also experiencing physical symptoms such as pain, racing heartbeat, sweating, headaches, and panic attacks.

I can help you to control your anxiety; manage and slow down your thoughts and reduce the physical symptoms. I will support you and help you to find ways to become a more relaxed person who enjoys life more fully.

I have a special interest in working with adults whose negative childhood experiences continue to impact on their life. Experiences such as abuse, bullying, neglect, bereavement and rejection all have a lasting impact which can result in low self-esteem, attachment difficulties, anxiety and other problems.
